I was searching for a small diamond ring for each day wear. I wanted something dainty, but elegant and this ring is ideal. I was a bit wary of purchasing the ring at 1st given that of all the poor reviews. But when I read the critiques I realized that most folks who had been not pleased had been upset due to the fact they had grand expectations based on the picture. The picture is an enlargement and the actual size of the diamond and the band are smaller than they seem in the photo (which is the only cause I give this a 4). I was expecting this though, given that the total diamond weight is only 1/4 ct.
The diamond is really vibrant and sparkly, it seriously catches the light. The band is thin and dainty seeking, which I appreciate. I don't see any issues with the quality of the diamond, it is in fantastic condition, set evenly and of superb color and clarity. I am especially pleased with my purchase and with this attractive ring!
I was especially dissapointed when I saw the ring in true life versus what is advertised on Amazon. The diamonds AND band are way smaller sized than the image of what I had bought. I was embarassed to give it to my mother thinking about what she got was much smaller sized than what she was hoping for.
